GO TO Abe Restaurant in Newport Beach. They will prepare soft-shell crab the way you want. The restaurant has 'comtemporary-Japanese'food created by Mr. Abe, and also have great sushi. It could be listed as "Restaurant Abe" in the yellowpage.
