I think the Goldedn Truffle in Costa Mesa is still in business. It is a French restaurant, so I would imagine that they would serve crepes. Check out the info from the link below.
Also, Cest' La Vie in Laguna Beach definatly serves crepes. It is a French bakery next to the Hotel Laguna down town Laguna Beach on the beach side of PCH.
