My favorites are:

1) Las Brisis -Laguna Beach. The best view from a Mexican restaurant in OC
2) El Torito -Fashion Island in Newport Beach. The best Sunday brunch from a Mexican restaurant in OC ($12.99)! HUGE selection of very good food.
3) Little Onion -Santa Ana. Corner of Main and MacArthur. Overall for good food and good prices.
