Restaurant review:
Picayo's is a small restaurant hidden away on PCH in Laguna Beach. The
food is exceptional (as it should be with a genuine French Chef) and the
service is outstanding.They only serve dinner and reservations have to
be made for 6:30 or 8:30 a couple weeks in advance. I give Picayo 5 stars!
