restaurant_review: Not a good time!!, I took two children in for dinner before 7PM and while we did not have to wait for a table, we had to wait 20 minutes for even the kids drinks to arrive. My wine finally arrived after 40 minutes and about 3-4 reminders. (they did not charge for the wine). After 40 minutes, the kids dinner still had not arrived and after asking, yet again... the kids order of pasta with meatballs (yes only pasta w/meatballs) came. Mine, still... had yet to come. (which was only a pasta dish also. I told the waiter (we had been there an hour!) that they could keep my dinner and I just wanted the bill. (WHAT DO YOU KNOW!!, the food arrived in less than 5 minutes). When I asked to see the management, the waiter said he would take care of the problems. It did not happen! The manager was condesending and stated that well... every dining exerience cannot be perfect..he still had the gall to charge me for the dinners.
