Restaurant
review: Stating that this was the worst experience I have ever
had in a restaurant or nightclub is an understatement. The complaints
are
numerous: our server was rude, a manager asked us to get up after
one hour
after clearing our dinner plates, never offering drinks or dessert,
so that
they could serve more people. They told us to drink at the downstairs
bar,
where we spent an additional $100. We then decided to move upstairs
to the
nightclub, which this establishment states you have free entrance
after
eating at their restaurant. Once at the entrance, the bouncer said
we only
get a pass for each $40 we spend per person and then continued to
scream at
us that we were holding the line up. Which is literally impossible
since
they make you move from your table so quickly. The bartenders were
extremely rude as well as the bouncers. The music was horrible,
so after
only 15 minutes we moved back downstairs. A police officer spent
the entire
night outside of the!
front entrance giving out j-walking tickets as well as littering
tickets
for cigarette ashing on the sidewalk. The bouncers continually put
their
hands on customers and forcibly pushed them out of walkway areas,
which were
not marked. On top of this whole night, a girlfriend forgot her
credit card
at the bar. The next day, after picking up her credit card, she
noticed
that her receipt had showed the bartender closing out her credit
card the
night before and adding on her own tip of 23% without any signed
credit card
receipt. When my friend called the manager to complain, he offered
excuses
and attitude until hanging up on her. I will never step foot in
this
establishment again and strongly recommend no one else does either.
