review: This has to be the dirtest brewery I have ever been
toured. There was a pool of what looked like pond water on top of
one of the serving vessels. Dirt and grease is what i saw the most
of. Hoses and empty tanks were littered everywhere. The kitchen
staff used the brewing area as a walk through to go smoke. The staff
was clueless and obtained no knowledge of any beers. I was disgusted.
I had a Hefeweizen and tasted the Pale and fruit "thing".
All were poor. They lacked in body, style, and life. Wouldn't waste
my time here again.

Your Review: The past three times the service has been poor due to not enough staff.
The poor servers are "running" and the place has been full to capacity.
We waited one full hour for a salad and garlic bread.
