review: The Tom Kha Kai is wonderful. You can actually taste the
lemon grass and galanga root. Many restaurants leave these out thinking
most Americans have no idea what the soup should taste like. Everytime
I
feel a cold coming on, I order a large order with steamed rice, take it
home
and eat it in bed. Make it spicy, but not to the Thai level of spiceness.
It
must be Thai penicillin, it works!
