Your Review: The owners of "Aubergine" of Balboa, during their renovation, newly opened "Troquet". Tim and his wife Liza have been classically trained in French cooking. They are meticulous in their preparation of food, service, and ambiance. Even the flowers are incredible. They truly deserve the dining business of Orange County!
