Your Review: ISSAY is a small "best kept secret" (well not anymore) restaurant in Newport Beach. This fine establishment looks like a small shack from the outside and is upscale, romantic and very quaint inside. The owner is a most delightful asian woman named Michiku. The menu consists of many Italian dishes, fresh seafood and californiental cuisine and great wines. ( I highly recommend the chicken marsala and any of the fresh seafood) If you are going on a very special date or want to entertain an important client, ISSAY is a must! Pricing is moderate and well worth every penny. Dress is corporate casual. You will not be disappointed. Be sure to try the Tiramisu.
