Pines Park
Calle Loma & Camino Capistrano, Capistrano Beach, CA
Directions-As you drive north out of San Clemente on PCH, turn right at Camino Capistrano
about one mile north of Avenida Pico-before PCH turns inland and hooks up again with
Camino Capistrano on the other side of the bluffs. Follow Camino Capistrano uphill and
stay with it until you reach Calle Loma.
Pines Park is beautifully landscaped with Pine trees, and its steep walking paths are
equipped with hand rails. There are picnic tables and some playground equipment. There is
no path to the beach, so don't try to reach the beach from here. It offers a beautiful
view of Dana Point Harbor. Try stopping here for a family picnic and to enjoy a view that
many visitors miss.
